摘  要:目的:对犬的舌骨下肌[胸骨舌骨肌(SH)、胸骨甲状肌(ST)和甲状舌骨肌(TH)]与喉内肌[环杓侧肌(LCA)和环杓后肌(PCA)]进行同步肌电图研究。方法:全身麻醉下对9只犬在平静呼吸、发声、吞咽和用力呼吸时行同步肌电图检测。结果:①SH、ST和PCA在吸气相同步放电,其运动单位电位波幅和募集相波幅小于环杓后肌。②发声和吞咽状态下,SH、ST运动单位电位波幅和募集相波幅较环杓后肌显著高大,PCA在此时放电受抑制。③TH和LCA在呼气相放电,除了用力呼吸时运动单位电位和募集相最大电位,各参数间差异无统计学意义。④发声和吞咽时,TH与LCA各参数间比较,除吞咽时运动单位电位波幅,各参数间差异亦无统计学意义。结论:①TH不仅与LCA同步呼气相放电,还与各状态下的肌电参数较为相似,可作为重建声门内收功能的备选肌肉;②SH、ST虽与PCA同步吸气相放电,但其肌电参数相差甚远,不考虑单独作为重建声门外展功能的备选肌肉。Objective:To study the synchronous electromyograhic characteristics of infrahyoid muscles[sterno- hyoid muscle (SH), sternothyoid muscle (ST) and thyrohyoid muscle(TH)] and intrinsic laryngeal muscles [lat- eral cricoarytenoid muscle (LCA) and posterior cricoarytenoid muscle (PCA)-]. Method:Under general anesthesia, synchronous electromyograhic features of 9 dogs were contrasted during repiration, swallowing and phonation. Re- sult..①The SH, ST and PCA discharged during inspiratory phase, butthe amplitude of the MUPs and recruit- ments of ST and SH were less than the PCAIs. ②In the status of phonation and swallowing, the activities of the PCA were inhibitated with the smaller amplitude of MUPs and recruitments than the SH's and ST's. ③The TH and PCA firing during expiration,except for the amplitude of MUPs and recruitments of forced respiration, no sig- nificant differences were reached. ④During phonation and swallowing, the myoelectic parameters of TH and LCA were similar with no significant differences except the amplitude of the MUPs and recruitments. Conclusion:①)TH synchronously not only discharges with LCA during expiration, but also has similar myoelectric parameters. TH may be the optional muscle to reconstruct of the vocal cord adduct function. ②Though the ST,SH synchronously discharge with PCA during inpiration, myoelectric parameters are significantly difference between ST, SH and PCA. The ST, SH may not be the ideal muscle to reestablish the vocal cord adduct function.
