61例老龄喉癌患者外科治疗喉功能保留的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨老龄喉癌患者行保留喉功能外科治疗的疗效。方法:对2006-02-2010-01期间我院收治的61例行喉部分切除术的65岁以上老龄患者的临床资料和随访结果进行回顾分析。结果:61例患者术后无院内死亡,术后心、肺疾病较术前无明显加重。术后60例患者成功拔除鼻饲管。术后由于特殊术式设计2例未拔管外,其余患者均成功拔除气管套管。失访患者按死亡计算,本组患者2、3年生存率分别为77%(47/61)、69%(20/29)。结论:老龄喉癌患者术前准备充分,术式选择得当,保留喉功能的外科治疗是安全有效的。Objective.. To explore the effect of old laryngeal cancer patients undergoing laryngeal function re- served surgery. Method： Analyzing the clinical information and following-up results of 61 patients who received partial laryngectomy from February in 2006 to January in 2010. Result： No death after operation and no aggravation of heart and lung disease happened. Nasal feeding tube had been removed successfully in 60 patients. All the pa- tients had been removed tracheal cannula successfully, except for two patients whose operation types were special- ly designed before operation. The 2 year survival rate was 77, 0 % （47/61） and the 3 year survival rate was 69.0 % （20/29）. Conclusion：If good preparation and suitable operative type have been done properly before surgery, laryn- geal function reserved surgery is safe and effective for old patients of laryngeal cancer.
