摘　　要：目的　检测结肠上皮异型增生的形态计量指标 ,探讨其在诊断学中的应用。　方法　应用图像分析技术对 5 3例结肠癌、30例结肠腺瘤及 10例正常肠粘膜进行细胞核 8项参数的测定。　结果　多数参数在各组间差异具有显著性 (P<0 .0 1) ,其中核面积、核最大宽径、平均光密度是判别结肠癌变的最佳参数 ,由此建立的判别函数回代符合率达 82 .95 %。　结论　应用图像分析技术对结肠癌前病变及癌病变进行形态计量分析 ,可作为鉴别诊断中的重要参考依据。Objective\ To evaluate the nuclear morphometry parameters of adenoma,adenocarcinoma of colorectum as well as their clinical usage.\ Methods\ Eight nuclear morphometric parameters were measured in 30 adenoma,53 carcinoma specimens and 10 normal mucosae by color image analysis system.\ Results\ The majority of the parameters measured had remarkable difference in three groups(P<0 01),and among them nuclear area,nuclear maximum width and average integrated density were most \{evaluable\} factors in identifying colorectal lesions; furthermore,after tested by stepwise discriminationary classification,giving an accuracy rate of 82 95%.\ Conclusion\ The quantitative evaluations of precancerous lesion and malignancy of colorectum using image analysis can serve as important references for differential diagnosis.\;
