摘 要:目的 分析比较福建人群中 7个表型群体染色体异常情况。 方法 采用染色体 G显带技术 ,对 7个表型群体的外周血淋巴细胞或骨髓细胞染色体进行研究。 结果 在 7个不同表型群体中染色体异常比率 (% )分别为 :慢粒组 91.0 0 ,急非淋组 46 .5 0 ,智力低下组 2 7.78,无精子组 2 4.2 7,女性矮小或原发闭经组 2 1.6 2 ,习惯性流产组 2 .0 5 ,生育先天缺陷儿组 0。 结论 染色体检查对白血病患者的诊断、疗效和预后估计具有较大意义。人群中染色体异常发生率较高 ,染色体检查在临床诊治中具有较大意义 ,应加强染色体检查并提高检测水平 ,如采取高分辨技术 ,以提高临床对该类疾病的正确诊断 。Objective\ To analyze and compare chromosomal abnormalities among seven phenotype populations in Fujian.\ Methods\ \ Peripheral lymphocyte or bone marrow cells chromosome were studied \{among\} seven phenotype populations,using chromosomal G-banding technology.\ Results\ The ratios of chromosomal abnormalities in seven phenotype populations were as following: chronic granulocytic leukemia 91 0%; acute nonlymphocytic leukemia 46 50%; mental retardation 27 78%; male with complete aspermia 24 27%; women of short stature and/or primary amenorrhoea 21 62%; couples with recurrent abortion 2 05%; couples having congenital deficiency baby 0%.\ Conclusion\ Chromosomal analysis is very important in diagnosis,estimating treatment effect and predicting prognosis in leukemia.\ It is also important in clinic diagnosis and treatment,because chromosomal abnormalities are frequent in the population.\ Advanced technology must be taken,for example,high resolution banding,so as to develop correct diagnosis and give an active treating programme.\;
