摘　　要：目的:研究PROPEXⅡ根管测量仪在牙齿根管治疗时工作长度测定中,其准确性、灵敏性,并与X线法进行比较,判断优劣及根充后疗效。方法:电测法采用美国Dentsply公司PROPEXⅡ根管测量仪进行根管长度测量,X线法采用德国Sirona公司Heliodentvario X线机摄X线片进行根管工作长度测定,进行差异性对比,并行Protaper镍钛机扩后,采用Protaper配套专用牙胶尖,B.L热牙胶充填机、法国必兰根充糊剂进行根管充填,观察1个月、半年、1年后疗效。结果:两者根管工作长度测定差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),PROPEXⅡ根管测量仪电测法普遍比X线法要短(P<0.05),但根管治疗充填后疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:PROPEXⅡ根管测量仪临床应用准确、快速、灵敏,根充后治疗效果较好。Objective To study PROPEX Ⅱ root canal measuring instrument in the determination of the working length of the tooth root canal treatment,its accuracy, sensitivity, and comparison with the x^ray method to judge the merits and effects after root filling.Methods Electrical measurement method using American Dentsply company PROPEX II root tube measuring instrument canal length measurement,X-line method using German sirona company heliodent vario X line machine X-ray film for root canal working length measurement differences contrast,parallel Protaper nickel titanium machine expansion,using The Protaper matching the special gutta percha the BL hot gutta-percha filling machine,France must orchid root canal sealers for root canal filling,observed one month,six months,one year after the efficacy.Results Both root canal working length determination of the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）,PROPEX II root canal measuring instrument electric measurement generally than X-ray method to short（P 〈 0.05）,but the curative effect of root canal therapy after filling the difference was not statistically significant（P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion The clinical application of PROPEXⅡ root canal measuring instrtmaent is accurate,rapid, sensitive,root charge and after treatment is better.
