摘  要:大多数农户种植马铃薯,习惯于施用大量的化肥,这使土壤养分缺乏,成分单一,导致马铃薯品质降低。本试验通过地上垄体栽培模式,研究不同施肥处理对马铃薯产量、品质及其它相关性状的影响。结果表明,施用巴斯夫公司生产的恩泰克稳定性长效复合肥的处理表现较好,马铃薯的主要农艺性状、产量、维生素C含量、蛋白质含量和商品薯率都比常规施肥处理有明显提高,其中产量与商品薯率显著高于其它处理;施用恩泰克稳定性长效复合肥处理中马铃薯的淀粉含量仅为15.03%,但由于其增产效果显著,所以单位面积淀粉的总产量最高。Most farmers were used to apply mass fertilizer on potatoes, thus, caused nutrient deficiency and single component in soils, and the quality of potatoes was decreased. The test through the ridge aboveground cultivation model, studied the effects of different fertilization treatments on yield, quality and other related traits. The results showed that the treatment using Stabilized Fertilizer ENTEC had obviously improved agronomic characters, yield, vitamin C content, protein content and commodity rate of potato than other conventional fertilization treatments, and the yield and commodity rate were significantly higher than other treatments. Starch content, though, was only 15.03% in the treatment ENTEC, the starch yield in unit area increased due to the increased vield.
