摘　　要：论述了我校建设专业性应用型本科定位、卓越工程师教育培养计划内涵以及以中国特色的"现代大学制度"新建本科等问题,提出我校应传承"手脑并用,敬业乐群"的文化积淀和特色。This paper discusses the university should have professional application-oriented undergraduate positioning after upgrading from college level to university level, excellent engineer education plan connotation as well as with Chinese characteristics of modem university system in Newly-built Undergraduate etc, and puts forward the heritage ＂ by hand and mind, respect work and enjoy company ＂ cultural accumulation characteristics.
