认知行为疗法联合芪参复康胶囊治疗重性抑郁症患者临床疗效

摘　　要：目的比较重性抑郁症患者应用认知行为疗法合并芪参复康胶囊与单一芪参复康胶囊治疗的临床疗效。方法将62例抑郁症患者按数字表法分为认知行为疗法合并芪参复康胶囊治疗组(试验组31例)和芪参复康胶囊治疗组(对照组31例),进行临床随机双盲对照试验,采用17项汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)、临床整体量表-疗效总评估量表(CGI)为疗效指标。结果①试验组有效率(87.10%)高于对照组(74.19%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.262,P<0.01)。第2,3阶段试验组疗效显著好于对照组(P<0.05);②与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后的HAMD、CGI-SI总分均显著降低(t=6.23,4.81;P<0.01)。治疗第1、2、3阶段,试验组HAMD、CGI-SI减分值均显著高于对照组(t=2.03,2.88,3.11;2.00,2.13,2.34;P<0.05)。结论认知行为疗法合并芪参复康胶囊治疗抑郁症疗效肯定,起效快,且短期治疗疗效优于单一芪参复康胶囊。Objective To compare the clinical effects of cognitive behavioral therapy combined with qishenfukang capsules （CBT）and single qishenfukang capsules（QSFK）in major depressive disorder. Methods A total of 62 depressed patients from Cen- ter for Mental Disease Control and Prevention of Third Hospital of PLA were enrolled as research group. The research group was divided into cognitive behavioral therapy combined with qishenfukang capsules treated group （experimental group, 31 cases）and flu- oxetine treated group （control group, 31 cases）by the method of the random number table. Two groups were performed clinical ran- domized double blind control test and assessed with 17--item Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD）and Clinical Global Impression （CGI）. Results （DThe effective rate in experimental group （87. 10%）was significantly higher than that in control group （74. 19 % ）（X2= 5. 262 ,P〈0. 01）. The curative effects in the second and thirdly phase for experimental group were significantly better than those for control group （P〈0.05）. ②Compared with prior-treatment,the HAMD and CGI--SI scores of patients were de- creased significantly（t= 6.23,4.81 ;P〈0.01）post-treatment. The reductive score values of HAMD and CGI--SI for experimental group during three phase were significantly better than those for control group（t= 2. 03,2.88,3.11;2. 00,2.13,2.34 ;P〈0. 05）. Conclusion There are affirmative and fast clinical effects of cognitive behavioral therapy combined with qishenfukang capsules in major depressive disorder,and it is superior to single qishenfukang capsule within the short-term treatment.
