摘　　要：高职商务英语毕业生职业能力较弱,远远不能满足市场和企业的需求。笔者就存在的问题在河北省部分高职院校和企业进行调查,结果显示高职商务英语毕业生职业能力与企业岗位能力要求之间存在较大的差距,应针对性地从内容、运行、考核三方面构建科学、系统、全面的高职商务英语实训教学体系。Because of their poor professional competence, higher vocational graduates can＇t meet the demands of the market and enterprises. Surveys have been made in some higher vocational colleges and en- terprises in Hebei province. The analysis of the surveys indicates that there is a great gap between higher vocational business English graduates＇ professional competence and post competence requirements of en- terprises. Therefore, the scientific, systematic and all-round higher vocational business English practical teaching system should be built in the aspects of the content, operation and assessment accordingly.
