摘　　要：产业结构在经济增长影响环境的因素中,起着决定性的作用。文章从产业结构的概念及演变趋势出发,分析了产业结构变动的环境效应。以内蒙古自治区为例,定性与定量分析了内蒙古2001～2010年产业结构的变化及其生态环境的综合影响,并在此基础上提出了自治区产业结构优化升级的对策,以期促进内蒙古自治区环境优化经济模式的构建。The industrial structure plays a decisive role during the factors of economic growth effecting environment. This article from the concept and evolution trend of industrial structure set out, analysed environment effect of industrial structure change. Taking the Inner Mongolia Autonomus Region as a case study, qualitative and quantitative analysis during 2001 and 2010 years the change of industrial structure and comprehensive effects of ecological environment. And it put forward some countermeasures to optimizing and upgrading the industry structure, to facilitate the future adjustment of the industrial structure and sustainable development of economic and social.
