摘　　要："主位-客位"研究法是人类学的一对重要方法。主位研究是指用当地人自身的观点去解释该文化;客位研究则是用调查者的观点去解释所研究的文化现象。在简要讨论人类学"主位-客位"方法的基础上,重点论述科学史研究中引入"主位-客位"研究法的必要性和可能性,以及科学史研究对这一对方法的具体应用。最后强调将这两种方法进行有益的结合,使其在科学史研究中发挥作用。＇ Emic-etic＇ are a couple of methods in anthropology. Emic perspective refers to interpreting a kind of culture from the native＇s point of view while the etic perspective from the researcher＇s point of view. Firstly, this essay discusses the ＇emic-etie ~ methods in anthropology in brief. Then it analyses the necessity and possibility of applying these methods to the study of history of science and demonstrates the applica- tions in details. Finally, it emphasizes the combination of these two methods.
