临床实习生职业暴露及防护现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解临床专业实习生职业暴露和职业防护现状。方法利用自行设计的调查问卷,对江西省4所医院269名临床实习生进行调查。结果有52.8%的临床实习生接受过职业防护知识培训,一半以上临床实习生职业防护知识认知不足,实习期间锐器伤发生率为52.4%,32.0%的临床实习生使用六步洗手法洗手。结论临床实习生对职业暴露及职业防护知识认知不足,发生职业暴露比例较高,需进行职业防护系统化教育和定期培训。OBJECTIVE To understand the cognition of occupational exposure and protection among clinic intems. METHODS Self-designed questionnaires were used to investigate 269 clinic interns from four hospitals in Jiangxi Province. RESULTS 52.8% clinic interns had accepted education about occupational protection knowledge. More than half of clinic interns were lack of recognition of occupational protection. 52.4% clinic interns had injured by sharp instrument. 32.0% clinic interns usually washed hand by six-step hand washing method. CONCLUSION Clinic interns are lack of recognition of occupational exposure and occupational protection, and they had high proportion of occupational exposure. So interns need systematic education and regular training about occupation protection.
