瘤体切除、拔牙及即刻牙再植三联治疗牙龈瘤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨瘤体切除、拔牙及即刻牙再植三联治疗牙龈瘤的临床效果。方法选取某院2009年1月～2010年5月收治的牙龈瘤患者70例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,其中对照组35例,采用瘤体单纯切除术治疗;三联治疗组35例,采用瘤体切除、拔牙及即刻牙再植三联手术治疗;比较两组患者术后复发率。结果对照组与三联治疗组患者中牙龈瘤术后复发分别为16例,2例,复发率分别为45.7%和5.7%;三联治疗组患者牙龈瘤术后复发率明显低于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论相较于瘤体单纯切除术,瘤体切除、拔牙及即刻牙再植三联用于牙龈瘤治疗,可以显著降低复发率,效果确切。OBJECTIVE To investigate therapeutic effect of instantly replantation after tumor-ectomize and exelcymosis on pa- radentoma. METHODS 70 patients with paradentoma were chosen in the period from January, 2009 to May, 2010 in our hos- pital and divided into two groups according to random number table as control group （35 patients） with only resection operation and triple therapy group （35 patients） with instantly replantation after tumor-eetomize and cxelcymosis operation; and the post- operative recurrence rate of both groups were compared. RESULTS The postoperative relapsed cases of control group and triple therapy group were 16 cases, 2 cases, respectively. The postoperative recurrence rates of control group and triple therapy group were 45.7%, 5.7% respectively. The postoperative recurrence rates of triple therapy group was significantly lower than control group （P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION Compared with only resection operation, instantly replantation after tumor- ectomize and exelcymosis on paradentoma can efficiently lower the recurrence rate and possesses perfect therapeutic effects.
