摘 要:孟加拉卡拉夫里三桥主桥为(115+3×200+115)m四塔五跨预应力混凝土单索面部分斜拉桥,上部结构为横断面带斜撑的预应力混凝土箱梁。根据箱梁和斜撑的结构特点和设计意图,采取了斜撑与箱梁节段整体浇注、斜撑钢筋骨架整体安装、斜撑预应力滞后1个节段施工、箱内预留封锚混凝土浇注通道的施工方法,保证了斜撑的施工质量和进度。The main bridge of the Third Karnaphuli Bridge is a five-span prestressed con- crete (PC) extradosed bridge with four pylons and with span arrangement of (115+3 ;K 200ff- 115) m. The stay cables are arranged in single cable plane. The superstructure of the bridge adopts a kind of PC box girder with diagonal struts. Based on the structural features of the box girder and diagonal struts and in view of the intension of the design, the diagonal struts and box girder sections were monolithically cast, the reinforced skeleton of the diagonal struts were integrally installed, the prestress for the diagonal struts was applied one section lagging behind the girder erection. Inside the box girder, ducts were res';rved for the casting of the concrete that was used to seal the anchorages. The application of the construction techniques aforementioned ensured the construction quality and construction speed of the diagonal struts.
