摘  要:目的探讨急诊专科护士高级心血管生命支持(ACLS)技能的培训模式及效果。方法将参加ACLS培训考核的168名急诊专科护士随机分为实验组(88名)和对照组(80名)。实验组采用基于问题的教学方法(PBL)+团队模拟训练的培训模式,对照组采用传统的ACLS操作培训模式,比较2组培训后考核得分情况以及合格率。结果实验组的考核得分及合格率明显高于对照组。结论 PBL结合团队模拟训练的培训模式能有效地提高急诊专科护士ACLS考核的平均成绩、合格率及应急能力。Objective To study different training modes on advanced cardiovascular life support technical capacity (ACLS) of emergency nurses and its effects. Methods 168 emergency nurses were randomly divided into experimental group (n= 88) and control group(n=80). The experimental group was given problem - based learning (PBI.) in addition .to team simulation training. The control group was given traditional training mode. The scores and pass rate of exam were compared after training. Results The scores and pass rate of exam in the experimental group were higher than that in the control group. Conclusions PBL in addition to team simulation training can effectively improve ACLS capacity of emergency nurses
