摘 要:分别利用不同掺量的消石灰与水泥填料替换矿粉后配制成沥青胶浆,进行了软化点、动态剪切流变试验及黏度试验,研究消石灰与水泥的掺量对沥青胶浆高温性能及施工和易性能的影响。试验结果表明,消石灰替换矿粉,胶浆高温性能发生明显改善,但过量的消石灰又会影响施工和易性;粉胶比对水泥沥青胶浆高温性能产生较大影响,水泥替换矿粉后,胶浆软化点提高幅度不大,但施工和易性能却有较大改善。The main objective of this study is to evaluate performance of asphalt mastic made with hydrated lime or ordinary Portland cement.Softening point,Dynamic Shear Rheological and Viscosity Tests were conducted.The results demonstrated that asphalt mastic with hydrated lime showed significant improvement at the low replacement level,however,higher hydrated lime may lead to lower construction workability.The performance of cement asphalt mastic increase with addition of ordinary Portland cement.It is found that workability performance of cement asphalt mastic is markedly improvement with the increase of Filler/Asphalt Ratio.
