摘　　要：女性的生存与发展问题一直受到社会的广泛关注,但是现实社会的性别不平等现象却严重阻碍着女性的发展。究其根源,主要是现在社会上存在的男孩偏好现象,这种现象的原因既有传统中国政治上男性的统治地位,又有传统的"三从四德"的性别观念与传统教育的性别偏见。要解决性别歧视问题,必须提高妇女的政治地位,切实优化女性生存发展的经济环境,着力转变传统的核心价值观念。Women＇s survival and development has long attracted extensive attention, but the gender ine- quality in society has seriously hindered the development of women mainly because of the boy preference phe- nomenon. The reasons of such phenomenon are the male dominance in traditional Chinese politics, the gender i- dea of three obedience and four virtues, and the gender bias in traditional education. To solve the problem of gender discrimination, we must improve women＇ s political status, optimize the economic environment of women＇s development, and change the traditional core values.
