大学生志愿服务西部计划实施现状与对策研究——以四川省乐山市为例

摘　　要：四川省乐山市自2003年实施"大学生志愿服务西部计划"以来,来自全国各地上千名志愿者为当地社会政治、经济等各方面做出了贡献。本文通过问卷、座谈等方式对在岗的志愿者在工作、生活、服务期满后职业规划等方面进行了调查,并就建立健全"大学生志愿服务西部计划"长效机制的提出了建议。Since Leshan implemented college students＇ volunteer service western project, thou-sands of volunteers from all parts of the country have made contribution to its politics and economy. Through questionnaires and informal discussions, this article makes a survey on the volunteers＇ work, life, occupation planning and so on, and puts forward some suggestions to perfect college stu-dents＇ volunteer service westernproject.
