摘　　要：玻璃封接金属外壳底座一般由金属引线和壳体采用玻璃烧结而成。金属引线材料选择和结构的设计,对金属封装的可靠性起着关键的作用。文章介绍了金属封装常用金属引线材料和结构的种类和特点,并根据玻璃封接金属外壳的形式和功能要求,合理地选择金属引线,以满足不同的封装要求。A shell base of glass-sealing metal package is fabricated by firing pins and a case together. The pin material and structure designing play key parts in the reliabilities of metal package. In this paper, category and characteristic of common material and structure of pin used in metal package is introduced. In addition, for satisfying the requests of packaging, it is discussed that how to choose pin according to type and function of shell.
