摘　　要：文章介绍了一种ICQID系统的设计过程。ICQID系统是结合当前产品质量工作的实际,经过实际需求分析,采用功能强大的VB6.0作为开发工具而开发出来的单机版集成电路质量信息库系统。整个系统从符合操作简便、界面友好、灵活、实用、安全的要求出发,完成集成电路产品质量信息添加、修改、删除、查询等操作。经过实际测试证明本系统可以用于企事业单位集成电路产品质量信息管理工作,本系统数据库采用Access 2003。The paper describes the design of ICQID System. The system with the current real of research institute, through the actual needs analysis, using VB6.0 as a powerful development tool then developed a stand-alone intergrated circuit quality information database system. The system is easy to manipulate and user-friendly, flexible, practical, safety requirements, the completion of the basic profiles of Intergrated circuit quality Information, basic information management and related information to add, modify, delete or search operation. After the actual test, the system can be used in enterprises and institutions for integrated circuit quality information management, the system database using Access 2003.
