摘  要:碳化硅陶瓷是一种具有优良的高温力学性能的新型结构陶瓷材料 ,具有热膨胀系数小、比重轻 (只有重金属的三分之一 )、导热系数大等特性 ,非常适合应用于航空航天高温结构件的制造。文中叙述了碳化硅陶瓷应用于某航天器的高温燃烧室的研制的全过程。结果表明 ,碳化硅陶瓷用于制备航天器燃烧室具有独特的优势 ,结果令人满意。同时 。SiC ceramics is a new type structural material which has excellent mechanical properties in high temperature. Besides, it has also small heat expansion coefficient, good thermal conductivity and light density (only metal′s 1/3). Therefore, the application of SiC ceramics to the manufacture of spacecraft and aircraft is applicable. This paper presents the process of the application of SiC ceramics to the manufacture of spacecraft combustion chamber. The research shows that spacecraft combustion chamber is made from SiC ceramics. It has many especial advantages and the experimental result is satisfactory. At the same time, the paper also describes the prospect of the application of SiC ceramics in other high temperature structural parts.
