摘　　要：事故多发路段和黑点的鉴别与整治对于提高道路交通安全水平,保障人民生命财产安全具有重要意义。通过对哈尔滨市道里区主要道路交通事故数据的分析,利用质量控制法对各主要道路的交通安全水平进行评价,应用经验—鉴别指数法对事故多发道路进一步鉴别,找到事故黑点,通过对事故黑点的成因分析,并针对事故成因给出具体整治措施。The identification and remediation of the accident prone sections and the black spots are of great significance for improving the safety level of road traffic and the protection of people＇s lives and property safety. Through the analysis on the main road traffic accident data in the Daoli District, the traffic safety level of major roads is evaluated with quality control method, and the experience-identification index method is used to further identify the accident-prone roads and locate the black spots. Analysis is made on the causes and the corresponding measures are given.
