摘　　要：仪器设备是高等学校教学和科研上台阶、出成果的重要保障。高校仪器设备实行校、院、室三级管理。作为设备管理的贯彻者、实施者和中间纽带,设备管理员在高校仪器设备管理改革的实践中发挥着举足轻重的作用。因此,提高设备管理员的专业素质和管理水平,充分发挥其主观能动性,使其工作的严谨性和管理的人性化相协调,有利于促进高校仪器设备管理改革的不断深化。Instruments and equipments are the important guarantee which provides an effective platform for teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities. Three-level management mechanism is carried out for college＇s equipment control. Equipment administrator is both of the executor and links for the equipment management, who has decisive influences on the reform of the equipment management. Therefore, the enhaneement of their professional qualities and management level, inspiring their initiatives and improvement of their cooperative conscientiousness are helpful for the reform of equipment management.
