摘　　要：文中从华侨大学材料化工学院大型仪器设备管理现状出发,分析了大型仪器设备管理使用方面存在的问题,并结合实际提出要建立大型仪器设备共享平台,必须从管理队伍、专家队伍、岗前培训、基金建设以及效益评估等方面进行。According to the current status of large-scale instrument and equipment management in chemical engineering colleges, the problems existed in management and use of large-scale instrument and equipment are analyzed. In combination with the actual conditions, we proposed to establish sharing platform of large-scale instrument and equipment based on management team, expert team, pre-post training, fund establishment and benefit assessment.
