首次从前列腺液中分离到坎皮纳斯类芽胞杆菌

摘　　要：目的对分离自慢性前列腺炎患者前列腺液中的一株棒状样细菌进行多相分类学研究,确定其系统发生位置及分类学特征。方法利用形态、生理和生化特性等表型性状初步鉴定细菌,通过基因测序及比对明确其种系来源。结果分离、培养出革兰阳性棒状样杆菌,可形成芽胞;生化反应不活泼;BLAST序列比对显示,该分离株与坎皮纳斯类芽胞杆菌(Paenibacillus campinasensis)菌株324T的16SrDNA序列相似度为99.4%,仅存在9个核苷酸差异。结论从表型性状和种系发生结果可证实该菌为坎皮纳斯类芽胞杆菌。鉴于其与模式株在生化特征方面存在显著差异,初步考虑该菌株是坎皮纳斯类芽胞杆菌的新亚型。Objective To undertake a polyphasic taxonomic analysis of an unidentified routinely Grara positive coryne bacterium that was isolated from prostatic fluid of a patient suffering from chronic prostatitis to thus ascertain the phylo genetic position and taxonomic characteristics of that corynebacterium. Methods Phenotypic aspects such as morpho logical, physiological, and biochemical characteristics were used to preliminarily identify the bacterium. Phylogeny was as-certained by chemical composition analysis of 16S rRNA gene sequencing and alignment. Results A club shaped Gram positive rod bacillus was isolated in a pure culture. The bacterium was motile by means of peritrichous flagella. Ellipsoidal spores were formed in swollen sporangia. The bacterium was not biochemically reactive. Searches of the GenBank data base revealed that this strain had a high level of 16S rDNA sequence similarity （99.4%） to P. campinasensis 324T, with only 9 ribonucleotides differing. Conclusion On the basis of phenotypic and phylogenetic analysis, this strain can tea sonably be assigned to the species P. carnpinasensis.
