脑灵汤加多奈哌齐治疗老年性痴呆60例临床药学疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨脑灵汤加多奈哌齐对老年性痴呆患者认知功能和行为能力的改善作用。方法:将老年性痴呆患者120例,随机分为两组:多奈哌齐治疗组60例,脑灵汤加多奈哌齐治疗组60例。两组患者分别在治疗前、治疗3个月后、治疗6个月后进行MMSE评分、ADL评分的测评。结果:脑灵汤加多奈哌齐联合使用治疗3个月后MMSE评分为23.12,较多奈哌齐治疗组改善作用更明显(P<0.1)。结论:中西药联合治疗对老年性痴呆患者认知、行为能力较单独应用多奈哌齐有更为显著的治疗作用。Objective：To investigate the effect of combination of donepezil and Nao-ling decotion in treating old patients with Alzheimer’s disease on cognitive function and behavioral.Methods：120 patients with Alzheimer’s disease were randomly divided into 2 groups：the group treated with donepezil,the group treated with donepezil and donepezil and Nan-ling decotion to prevent Alzheimer’s disease.MMSE Scale and ADL Scale of 2 groups were assessed and compared before treatment and 3 months,6 months after treatment.Results：The cognitive function and behavioral abilities were improved markedly in the group treated with donepazil and butylphthalide P＆lt;0.01.Conclusion：Chinese and western medicine combined treatment of patients with senile dementia cognitive and behavioral abilities compared with donepezil alone there are more significant therapeutic effect.
