摘  要:目的研究UGT1A3基因多态性分布与高血压、肿瘤等疾病的关系。方法用焦磷酸测序法对UGT1A3单核苷酸多态性位点进行基因分型,研究UGT1A3基因多态性分布与高血压病、肿瘤和糖尿病的关系。结果高血压病和糖尿病患者组的UGT1A3突变基因频率与健康受试者组比较无显著性差异;肿瘤患者组UGT1A3-1、UGT1A3-2、UGT1A3-3和UGT1A3-4突变基因频率显著高于健康受试者组。提示UGT1A3-1、UGT1A3-2、UGT1A3-3和UGT1A3-4基因突变可能是肿瘤的易感基因。结论携带UGT1A3-1、UGT1A3-2、UGT1A3-3和UGT1A3-4突变基因者可能易患肿瘤;UGT1A3基因突变与高血压病和糖尿病无关。Objective To study the association between UGT1 A3 gene polymorphism and hypertensive dis- ease or tumor disease. Methods The allelie frequency of the UGT1 A3 mutant was determined using pyrosequencing apparatus. The relationship of UGT1A3 gene polymorphism to hypertensive disease, tumor disease and diabetic dis- ease was studied. Results There was no significant difference in the allelic frequency of the UGT1A3 mutant be- tween hypertensive disease volunteers, diabetic disease volunteers and healthy volunteers. But there was significant difference between tumor disease volunteers and healthy volunteers. The UGT1A3-1, UGT1A3-2, UGT1A3-3 and UGT1A3-4 gene mutation were predisposing gene of tumor disease. Conclusion The gene mutation of UGT1A3-1, UGT1A3-2,UGT1A3-3 and UGT1A3-4 can increase the chance of tumor disease.
