摘　　要：在创业型大学建设的试点中,义乌工商职业技术学院采用学分替代制度帮助学生完成学业。对学分替代的制定原则、实施原则、优势、创新、启示进行说明,有助于全面理解学分替代。In the exploration of constructing entrepreneurial university, Yiwu Industrial ＆ Commercial College has imple- mented credit alternative system. Analyzing its establishment principle, implementation principle, advantages, innovation and enlightenments helps better understanding of credit alternative.
