超声诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤的临床价值评价

摘　　要：[目的]临床评价超声诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤的灵敏度、特异性、准确性。[方法]乳腺癌筛查(团体、个人组)与门诊就诊病例(门诊组)中,触诊乳腺是否有肿块、结节、溢液或局限增厚腺体,乳头及皮肤是否有改变等,并进行彩超检查,对有肿块或超声异常的患者进一步精查。[结果]团体筛查乳腺癌检出率为2.83‰(23/8132);个人筛查检出率为8.65‰(29/3354)。40～49岁为乳腺癌和乳腺良性肿瘤的高发年龄段。超声检查的灵敏度为97.2%、特异性为87.7%、准确性为93.4%。[结论]超声诊断可提高早期乳腺癌的检出率。[Purpose] To investigate the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of uhrasonic diagnosis for breast cancer. [Methods] Early breast cancer screening （group,individual） and outpatient clinic patients were examined by careful digital palpation and colour dnppler nhrasound,and finally proved by pathology. [ Results] Detection rate of breast caneer in screening group was 2.83%e （23/ 8 132）,while in outpatient group was 8.65%e（29/3 354）. People aged from 40 to 49 was in high incidence period for breast cancer and benign breast diseases. The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of ultrasonic were 97.2% ,87.7% ,93.4% respectively. [Conclusion] Color doppler ultrasound can improve the detection rate of early breast cancer.
