摘　　要：目的评价特定穴隔姜灸治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将90例慢性胃炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组(45例)予中脘、天枢、足三里隔姜灸治疗,对照组(45例)口服雷贝拉唑肠溶胶囊和胃复春片。两组疗程均为3个月,观察临床疗效及临床症状评分、起效时间,随访6个月观察病情复发情况。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为95.6%、84.4%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后组内比较,治疗组胃痛、胀满、纳呆、泛酸、稀便积分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),对照组胃痛与胀满积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,纳呆、泛酸、稀便积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组、对照组平均起效时间和病情复发情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论特定穴隔姜灸对慢性胃炎具有较好的临床疗效,且起效快,复发率低。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ginger partition moxibustion on special points for the treatment of chronic gastritis. Methods Ninety cases were randomized into two groups ： treatment group in which 45 cases were treated by ginger partition moxibustion on Zhongwan （ RN12 ）, Tianshu （ ST25 ） and Zusanli （ST36） points, and control group in which 45 cases were treated by Rabeprazole and ＂Weifuchun Tablet＂, with the course of 3 months. The clinical efficacy, clinical symptom scores, working time and recurrence were observed in the following 6 months. Results The overall effective rate was 95.6% in the treatment group and 84.4% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The stomachache, abdominal destention and fullness, anorexia, acid regurgitation and loose stool were alleviated remarkably in treatment group, with significant differences between before and after treatment （P 〈0.05 ,P 〈 0.01 ）, there were significant differences in scores of stomachache, abdominal destention and fullness in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）; after treatment, the anorexia, acid regurgitation and loose stool in treatment group were statistically different from controls （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were significant differences in average working time and recurrence between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Ginger partition moxibustion on special points has positive effect on chronic gastritis, with rapid action and low recurrence rate.
