摘　　要：目的 :评价准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 (LaserinsituKeratomileusis ,LASIK)治疗低、中、高度近视的疗效。方法 :年龄 18～ 5 6岁 343例 (6 80只眼 )近视患者 ( 1.0 0D～ 2 3.0 0D)按屈光组分为 4组 :Ⅰ组 116只眼 ,≤ 3 .0 0D ;Ⅱ组 2 5 8只眼 , 3 .2 5～ 6 .0 0D ;Ⅲ组 2 10只眼 , 6 .2 5D～ 10 .0 0D ;Ⅳ组 96只眼 , 10 .2 5D～ 2 3 .0 0D ,行LASIK后随访 12个月以上 ,观察及分析其并发症。结果 :术后 3个月 ,Ⅰ～Ⅲ组达到术前最佳矫正视力 ,Ⅳ组出现欠矫 4例 ( 1.0 0D～ 4.0 0D)。结论 :Lasik治疗低、中、高度近视 ,效果满意 ,>15 .0 0D～ 2 3 .0Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK) for the correction of mild,moderate and high myopia.Method:A total of 680 eyes in 343 cases with preoperation refraction of 1.00D～ 23.00 Diopters were treated with LASIK and followed up more than 12 months.The eyes were divided into 4 groups:Ⅰ:≤3.00D in 116 eyes;Ⅱ: 3.25D～6.00D in 258 eyes;Ⅲ: 6.25D～10.00D in 210 eyes;Ⅳ: 10.25D～23.00D in 96 eyes.Results:Ⅰ～Ⅲ groups tended to be the best correction visual acuity(BCVA)3 months after surgery.Ⅳ group was undercorrection of 1.00D～ 4.00D in 4 eyes.Conclusion:LASIK is an effective and safe for the correction of mild,moderate and high myopia.Further efforts should be made to improve the size of optic zone of ablation for reducing the postoperative regression and of dizziness of high myopia of > 15.00D～23.00D.
