摘　　要：目的:探讨高职医学检验专业实训基地建设方案。方法:通过对兄弟院校的参观和学习,了解实训基地建设的现状。结果:在实训基地建设上存在一定的误区。结论:实训基地建设应实事求是,量力而行。specialized of training Conclusion Objective： Explore the training base construction program of medical laboratory subject. Method： By visiting and learning other colleges, we studied the situation base. Result： There are some misunderstandings on Training base construction should be practical and the training base construction realistic.
