摘  要:介绍了复合腔的定义及分类,总结了复合腔在调频纵模选择、光反馈测量和双频或双波长输出方面的应用和相应结构特点及近年来的发展,并结合应用背景对不同复合腔的特点做了比较。介绍了本实验室新研制的新型Y型腔双频He-Ne激光器,其频差动态范围可以达到从26~665 MHz的宽频率范围输出。介绍了基于上述激光器研制的气体膜盒式双Y型腔双频激光加速度计,经理论计算加速度计的分辨率可以达到1.15×10-6g。The definition and the classification of compound-cavity are introduced in this paper. It is also introduced the application of compound-cavity in tunable longitudinal-mode-selection,in measurement based on the optical feed- back effect and in dual-frequency or dual-wavelength laser output. Relevant developments to this day are summarized. According to the characteristics of different applications, the losses in different compound-cavities are analyzed. It is introduced a new dual-frequency He-Ne laser with a Y-shaped cavity, which can produce different frequency ranging from 26 to 665 MHz. And a novel dual frequency laser accelerometer with double Y-shaped cavity and gas sylpbon is also demonstrated. Theoretical analysis proves that the resolution of the accelerometer can reach up to 1.15 × 10 -6 g.
