摘  要:研究顾客退货对多个分散式零售商库存决策的影响.构建了广义退货函数下零售商期望利润模型,给出了库存竞争博弈纯战略纳什均衡解存在性和唯一性的充分条件.在广义线性退货量函数的基础上对零售商的纳什均衡战略的性质进行了分析,并分析了顾客退货对于零售商最优期望利润的影响.给出了外生需求相关系数影响零售商最优订货量和最优期望利润的理论证据.研究表明,当库存竞争使得零售商的最优订货量调整较大时,库存竞争将会加剧顾客退货对于零售商的影响,而零售商间较大的需求相关性将会进一步加剧顾客退货的影响.This paper investigates the effect of customer returns on multi decentralized retailers' inventory decision-making. Firstly, an expected profit maximization model with a generalized customer returns function is constructed, and the sufficient conditions of existence and uniqueness of pure strategy Nash equilibrium solution of the inventory game are deve.loped. Secondly, the properties of the Nash equilibrium solution under generalized linear returns function are analyzed. Furthermore, this paper presents the effect of customer returns on retailer's optimal expected profits. Lastly, the paper proposes theoretical evidence of the effect of coefficient of demand's correlation on retailer's optimal order volumes, as well as on retailer's expected profits. Such these results show that inventory competition may intensify the customer returns' impact when the adjustment of order quantities is relatively large. Moreover, the stronger of the demand correlation, the more severe of the customer returns impact.
