摘　　要：就先秦诸子思辩的视角而言,《庄子》形成了别是一家的思辩风貌。而作为这种独特思辩的学术文化渊源支撑主要有二:一是对《老子》有关的学术思想的直接继承和超越;二是充满浪漫气息的南楚地域文化的长期浸染。Speaking of thinks and debates perspective on the pre - Qin philosophers, the ＂Zhuangzi＂ thinks and debates has developed a unique style, which winds, the formation of a unique thinks and debates, it is right before this ＂Laozi＂ relevant academic thinking and beyond the direct inheritance, but also by the romantic atmosphere of the Southern regional culture Chu＇s long - term dip and for the common academic and cultural heritage
