摘 要:对复合材料沉头双钉单搭接机械连接接头进行了静态拉伸试验,并建立了三维有限元模型,编写了材料失效准则和刚度退化准则的累积损伤程序,计算了连接孔的挤压应力和接头损伤,预测了连接的失效载荷。数值计算表明:单搭接产生的附加弯矩使孔边应力沿板厚呈三角形分布;孔边挤压损伤和螺帽的侧向压缩损伤以及极限载荷与试验结果吻合;位于搭接板自由端的钉孔弯曲变形较小,应设计为沉头孔。A three- dimensional progressive damage finite element model by implementing the material failure criterion and property degradation rules is developed to calculate the compressive stress, damage and failure strength of double- bolt single- lap countersunk composite joint. Numerical results showed ad- ditional moment caused by single- lap resulted in triangular stress distribution around hole along the thickness. Reasonable agreement was found between the compressive damage around the hole and lateral compressively damage as well as the limited load and the experimental results. The bolt hole located in the free end which has a little deformation should be designed as a countersunk hole.
