无水酒精瘤内注射在肝癌手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的　探讨无水酒精瘤内注射在肝癌切除手术中应用的临床价值。方法　对 2 7例肝癌患者在手术中行无水酒精瘤内注射 ,并分析其疗效及预后。结果　 8例单发局灶性≤ 5cm的小肝癌术中出血明显减少 ;6例肝癌自发破裂出血者 ,出血即刻停止 ,均顺利完成手术。 13例术中发现为多发结节型 ,无法切除 ,单纯瘤内注射无水酒精 ,术后随访 3mo ,结节有不同程度缩小。结论　瘤内注射无水酒精是抑制肿瘤发展的一种辅助措施 ,可以有效减少肝癌术中的出血量 ,增加手术的安全性。Objective To investigate the clinical value of the application of intratumor injection with dehydrated alcohol in operation of hepatocellular carcinoma . Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data was made in 27 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma in operation with injection of anhydrous alcohol. Results Single locality ≤ 5cm in 8 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma the hemorrhage depleted obviously; Spontaneous rupture of tumor in 6 cases hemorrhage stopped instantly; 13 cases with multiple nodule and impossible to carryout excision, single injection with dehydrated alcohol the nodule shrinked in different degree when followed up for 3mo. Conclusion The intratumor injection with dehydrated alcohol is a supplementary measure to inhibit the expansion of tumor. It could reduce hemorrhage effectively,enhance the safty of operation.
