河北省高职院校创业教育存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：高职院校开展创业教育既有利于转变学生的就业观念,又有利于提高学生的就业竞争力。目前,河北省高职院校创业教育还存在一些问题,如观念落后、体系不合理、实践教学不足、保障措施不完善等。针对这些问题,应借鉴国外与先进省市的经验,对高职院校创业教育准确定位,合理安排课程,加强师资队伍建设,为学生提供更多的实践机会,全面提升学生的创业意识和能力。Entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges is not only beneficial to change the students＂ employment concept, but also conductive to improving the students＂ employment competitiveness. At present, Tnterpreneurship eduction in higher vocational colleges in Hebei province there are some problems, Such as old concept, unreasonable system, practical education, insufficient security measures and so on. To solve these problems, we should draw lessons from experience in advanced countries and provinces, make accurate position on the entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges, reasonable arrangement of curriculum, strengthen teaching staff, give students more practice opportunities, and improve the students＂ con- sciousness and ability.
