摘　　要：实施城市突破战略,有助于贯彻和落实科学发展观,加快新型城市化进程;有助于转变经济发展方式,加快新兴产业发展;有助于统筹城乡发展,加快形成城乡一体化格局;有助于全面建成小康社会,加快现代化建设步伐。The implementation of urban breakthrough strat- egy helps to carry out and implement the scientific concept of development and speed up the new urbanization process, transform the mode of economic development and speed up the emerging industry development, balance urban and rural development and speed up the formation of urban and rural integration pattern, construct comprehensive affluent society and speeds up the pace of modernization construction.
