摘 要:目的研究绿茶多酚对D-半乳糖所致亚急性衰老模型小鼠的抗衰老作用。方法 D-半乳糖皮下注射6周建立衰老小鼠模型,同时灌胃给予绿茶多酚100,250,625mg/kg,空白对照组给予等体积生理盐水,检测各组小鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量,脑组织单胺氧化酶(MAO)和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性。并测定脑、脾脏与胸腺的系数。结果绿茶多酚3个剂量组均能升高血液中SOD活性,降低血液中MDA的含量,降低脑组织中MAO活性和升高脑组织中NOS活性,此外,绿茶多酚中、高剂量组对衰老小鼠免疫功能低下及脑萎缩状态有明显改善。结论绿茶多酚具有较好的抗衰老作用。Objective To investigate the anti-aging effect of green tea polyphenols (GTP) on D-galactose-induced subacute aging in mice. Methods The mice aging models were established by injecting D-galactose 140 mg/kg subcutaneously for six weeks. Then they were treated intragastrically with green tea polyphenols ( 100, 250, 625 mg/kg) for six weeks. Normal control group were treated intragastrically with normal saline (NS). Activity oI superoxlOe dismutase (SOD) and content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum were determined, activities of monoamine oxidase (MAO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in brain tissue and the immune indexes were determined. Results GTP ( 100, 250, 625 mg/kg) not only markedly increased the activity of SOD in serum, but also decreased the content of MDA significantly in serum, MAO activity in brain tissue was decreased and NOS activity in brain was improved, GTP (250, 625 mg/kg) also promoted the recovery of lobar atrophy and hypoimmunity of aging mice markedly. Conclusion The study showed that GTP had nice effects of anti-aging.
