摘　　要：本文给出了一种微波接收组件的设计与制作。该组件含有四个通道,每个通道由限幅器、低噪放、移相器等组成,对天线接收信号进行放大、移相功能。文章分别对接收组件进行了简要的理论分析,采用MCM(多芯片组件)技术设计出了此款组件,并进行了加工、测试。A novel technique for designing and manufacturing a microwave receiving module is presented. The module has four channels, each of which is consisted of limiter, low noise amplifier and phase shifter etc. for implementing amplification and phase shift of the signals received by antenna. A theoretical analysis of the receiving module is provided. The design, processing and test of the module are implemented based on MCM （Multi-chip Module） technique.
