摘  要:目的探讨血红素加氧酶1(HO-1)在实验性肝硬化内毒素血症大鼠中的作用。方法 80只大鼠均分为4组:对照组为正常大鼠+脂多糖(LPS);其余3组用硫代乙酰胺(TAA)诱导大鼠肝硬化模型后,TAA组腹腔内注射生理盐水,TAA+LPS组注射LPS,HM组注射氯化高铁血红素+LPS。造模后检测AST和ALT。结果与对照组比较,其余3组血浆中ALT和AST水平均明显升高(P<0.05),且HM组>TAA+LPS组>TAA组。结论 HO-1通过其氧化损伤和促纤维化,促进大鼠肝硬化内毒素血症时肝损害。Objective To investigate the effect of heine oxygenase-l(HO-1) on liver function in cirrhotic rats with endotoxemia. Methods Eighty SD rats were equally randomized into four groups. The rats in group C were injected intraperitonically with LPS as the controls. The liver cirrhosis models in the rest 3 groups were established by intraperitonical injection of thioacetamide(TAA), after which group HM was injected with hem_in and LPS, group L with LPS, group NS with normal saline. Liver function(ALT and AST) was examined and compared among 4 groups. Results Plasma levels of ALT and AST were higher in groups of HM, L and NS than those in group C(P〈0. 05), which were in an order of group HM〉group L〉group NS. Conclusion HO-1 enhances liver damage through its oxidative injury and fibrosis-promoting mechanism in rat model with cirrhosis and endotoxemia.
