摘　　要：目的研究高迁移率蛋白A2(HMGA2)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化法检测63例膀胱尿路上皮癌和10例正常膀胱黏膜组织中HMGA2、VEGF的表达,结合临床病理资料进行统计学分析。结果正常膀胱黏膜中无HMGA2和VEGF表达;膀胱尿路上皮癌中HMGA2和VEGF的表达率分别为63.5%(40/63)和46.0%(29/63)。HMGA2和VEGF的表达与肿瘤的病理分级、临床分期密切相关(P<0.05)。HMGA2与VEGF在膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 HMGA2和VEGF在膀胱尿路上皮癌中表达增高,且与膀胱尿路上皮癌的恶性行为密切相关。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of high mobility group A2 （HMGA2） and vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） in bladder urothelial carcinoma. Methods The expressions of HGMA2 and VEGF were detected by imrnunohistochemistry technique in 63 cases of bladder urothelial carcinoma（group A） and 10 cases of normal bladder tissues（group B）. The relationship of HMGA2 and VEGF experssions with the clinicopathology was analyzed. Results The expression rates of HGMA2 and VEGF in group A were 63.5% （40/63） and 46.0% （29/63）, respectively, which were closely correlated to pathological grades and clinical stages of the tumor （P〈0. 05）. There was no expression of HMGA2 or VEGF in group B. The expression of HMGA2 was positively correlated to that of VEGF in bladder urothelial carcinoma（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The expressions of HMGA2 and VEGF in bladder urothelial carcinoma are elevated and closely related to the malignant behaviour of bladder carcinoma.
