摘  要:为了明确引起茶树炭疽病的病原菌种类及其主要生物学特性,从福建永春发病的茶树上分离到一株炭疽病菌TC,依据病菌的形态特征及分子生物学特性进行鉴定,并进行病原生物学特性研究.研究结果表明:TC菌株为胶孢炭疽菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides),其最适宜的培养基、温度、pH和光照条件分别为:PSA培养基、温度为26℃、pH为5.5,且适宜在完全光照条件下生长.The purpose of the research was to confirm the species and the major biological characteristics of the pathogen of anthracnose on tea plants. One anthracnose pathogen was isolated from the infected leaves of Tea in Yongchun city, Fujian Province. The identification of the pathogen was carried out with the morphological and molecular methods, and the biology characteristics of the pathogen were studied as well. The results showed that the pathogen was identified as Colletotrichurn gloeosporioides based on the morphological characteristics and the rDNA-ITS sequence. The optimum conditions for the pathogen mycelia growth were as follows, the medium was PSA medium,the optimum temperature was 26℃, the optimum pH value was 5.5, and the continuous light was favorable for mycelia growth.
