膜引导组织再生术与硅胶管桥接法修复兔面神经缺损

摘  要:目的 观察并比较膜引导组织再生术和硅胶管桥接法修复面神经的作用和效果。方法 分别采用膜引导组织再生术和硅胶管桥接法进行兔面神经缺损修复 ,以自体神经移植作为对照 ,通过电生理学和组织学方法 ,观察和比较两种修复方法的效果。结果 上述两种方法都具有修复面神经缺损的作用 ,但其效果存在差别。膜引导组织再生组术后 3个月时 ,两侧面神经干传导速度之差值为 2 .33± 1.2m/s ,而硅橡胶管组为 10 .2 1± 1.5m/s,自体神经移植组为 2 .16± 1.6m/s。结论 膜引导组织再生术修复面神经的效果明显优于硅橡胶管桥接法 ,且具有其它优点 。Objective To observe and compare the effects of using mGTR or Silicone tube to repair the defect of facial nerve. Methods mGTR and Silicone tube methods were performed on three groups of rabbits. Then physical and histological examination was carried out to get the results of these two repair methods.Results Both the two methods can induce regeneration of facial nerve. The mGTR was more effective and faster in repairing the nerve defect. Three months after operation, the distance of NCV between the two sides of facial nerve in mGTR group was 2.33±1.2m/s, 10.21±1.5m/s in Silicone tube group, and 2.16± 1.6m/s in autogeneous nerve transplantation group.Conclusions The mGTR is more effective than Silicone tube method in repair facial nerve. mGTR has some other advantages, it is likely to be a new method of nerve repair on clinical domain.
