摘 要:目的:运用ETDIPS Version 2.0软件与核磁共振成像技术,对面部三维标志点坐标进行间接获取,并根据欧几里德距离矩阵分析(EDMA)思想对测量结果进行误差分析,评估此测量方法的测量效率。方法:取健康无五官疾病成人20例,获取其头颅核磁共振(MRI)图像,2位测量人员运用同一ETDIPS version 2.0软件从MRI图像中提取每个样本的面部13个解剖标志点三维坐标,间隔1周重复此测量过程1次。应用EDMA对核磁共振仪、ETDIPS软件以及测量人员(测量人员间以及测量人员内)的测量精度进行统计分析。结果:MRI、 ETDIPS及测量人员(测量人员间以及测量人员内)的测量误差最大变异量为0.022mm, Bootstrap 检验P值分别为0.220、 0.855、 0.959、 0.709、 0.699;鼻突点、左鼻翼点是对测量差异影响较大点,此外MRI测量在上唇中点、研究人员测量在右口角点和鼻额点的波动较大。结论:鼻突点、左鼻翼点对三维面部测量差异影响较大。本测量方法中涉及的仪器、软件及测量人员对三维面部的测量误差均在允许范围之内,可以应用于进一步的相关研究中。Objective: We focus on the development of indirect three-dimensional facial landmark location and the data collection error to introduce the three-dimensional coordinate measurement method based on ETDIPS version 2.0 software and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technique. Methods: MRI of 20 young healthy subjects in Liaoning province was performed twice at one hour intervak The 3-dimeasional coordinates of 13 anatomical craniofacial landmarks were measured directly using ETDIPS version 2.0 software by two observers. After a week interval, a second time measurement was done by the same software and the same observers. The data collection precision of MR scaner, ETDIPS software and observers (the intra-ob- server error and inter-observer error) were assessed by Euclidean Distance Matrix Analysis (EDMA) . Results: The maxi- mum distance value of the measurement errors was 0. 022 mm. The P values of MR scaner, ETDIPS software and observers (the intra-observer error and inter-observer error) data collection error were 0. 220, 0. 855, 0. 959, 0. 709 and 0. 699 (a= 0.05) respectively; The influence landmarks were pronasale, left alar, sellion, labrale superius and right cheilion. Conclu- sion: The pronasale and left alar have more influence on three-dimensional facial measurement. The measurement errors are acceptable, the data and the method can be used for future studies.
