摘 要:目的:评价紫外光机能化种植体表面对2型糖尿病大鼠种植体骨结合的影响。方法:将紫外光未处理和紫外光处理种植体植入2型糖尿病大鼠胫骨近骺端,每组16只大鼠32枚种植体。术后4、8周处死取材,通过生物力学测试和硬组织切片分析2组大鼠种植体骨结合的差异。结果:术后4周时生物力学最大拔出力(N),对照组(88.1±13.3),实验组(171.6±24.4)(P<0.05);8周时对照组(107.2±15.0),实验组(221.7±14.6)(P<0.05)。组织学分析显示,4周时对照组骨-种植体接触率(%)(41.7±2.4),实验组(61.1±2.5)(P<0.05);8周时对照组骨-种植体接触率(%)(48.8±2.5),实验组(71.7±4.2)(P<0.05)。结论:光机能化种植体表面可提高2型糖尿病大鼠种植体骨结合。Objective: To study the effects of ultraviolet-treatment of titanium implant on the integration of implant with bone in type 2 diabetic rats. Methods: Ultraviolet- treated titanium implants ( experimental group, n = 32) and un- treated titanium implants ( control group, n -= 32) were inserted into the distal tibia of type 2 diabetic rats respectively. 4 and 8 weeks after implantation, the rats were sac- rificed for histomorphometry analysis and biomechanical test for the evaluation of bone- implant osseointegration. Results: The max bio- mechanical pull-out force(N) was (88.1 ± 13.3) in control group and ( 171.6 ±24.4) in test group(P 〈0.05) 4 weeks after implan- tation, ( 107.2 ± 15.0) and (221.7 ±14.6) (P 〈 0.05 ) 8 weeks after implantation, respectively. Ponceau staining showed that the bone-implant-contact( % ) was (41.7 + 2.4) in control group and (61.1 ± 2.5) in test group(P 〈 0.05 ) 4 weeks after implantation, (48.8 ± 2.5 ) and (71.7 ± 4.2) (P 〈 0.05 ) 8 weeks after implantation, respectively. Conclusion: Ultraviolet- photofunctionalization may improve bone-implant osseointegration in type 2 diabetic rats.
