摘 要:目的:研究口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)中骨桥蛋白(osteopontin,OPN)和TIP30基因的表达及意义。方法:用实时荧光定量PCR法检测OSCC(n=18)组织和癌旁正常口腔黏膜(n=18)OPN及TIP30 mRNA的表达;用免疫组织化学En VisionTM法检测OSCC组织石蜡切片(n=70)和正常口腔黏膜(n=20)中OPN和TIP30蛋白的表达。用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果:OPN在OSCC组织中的mRNA和蛋白表达水平高于正常组织(P<0.01);TIP30基因在正常组织中mRNA和蛋白表达水平高于OSCC组织(P<0.01)。OPN、TIP30基因的表达呈负相关性(P<0.05)。结论:OPN可能参与了OSCC的发生发展;TIP30基因对OSCC的作用可能与OPN相反。Objective: To study the expressions of osteopontin (OPN) and TIP30 genes in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Methods : OPN and TIP30 mRNA expressions were examined in OSCC( n = 18 ) and adjacent normal oral mucosa tissue( n = 18 ) by flu- orescence quantitative real-time PCR. The OPN and TIP30 protein expressions were examined in OSCC (n = 70) and normal oral muco- sa samples(n = 20) by En VisionTM. The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software. Results:The expressions of OPN mRNA and pro- tein in OSCC were significantly higher than those in normal tissue(P 〈 0.01 ) ; the expressions of TIP30 mRNA and protein in normal tissue were significantly higher than those in OSCC ( P 〈 0.01 ). OPN and TIP30 mRNA showed negative correlation in the samples. Conclusion:OPN may be invloved in the development of OSCC. The role of TIP30 and OSCC may be contrary.
