摘 要:目的:评价应用种植支抗钉一步法远中移动下颌牙列的临床效果。方法:选择13例需要远中移动下颌牙列的患者,借助种植支抗钉将下牙列做为一整体拉向远中。测量治疗前、后的软硬组织的矢状向、垂直向的变化,运用SPSS 10.0软件包对治疗前、后各测量项目进行配对t检验。结果:13例患者均获得较理想的治疗效果,达到正常覆、覆盖和尖窝关系。下唇内收明显,有统计学意义。SN-MP和FH-MP减小,无统计学意义。下颌第一、二磨牙平均远移4.28、4.16 mm,远中倾斜4.07°、6.16°,下颌切牙平均远移4.54 mm,舌倾8.86°;其垂直向的变化均没有显著意义。结论:运用种植支抗可获得有效的下颌牙列同步远中移动,磨牙几乎达到整体移动,切牙主要为倾斜移动。Objective: To evaluate the effects of microimplant-aided mechanics in the distalization of lower full dentition. Methods: 13 patients with class Ⅲ malocclusion were treated by distalization of the lower full dentition using microimplant anchorage and without extraction of the premolars or other teeth except the third molars. The pretreatment and posttreatment cephalometric radiographs were taken, the soft-tissue, skeletal and dental measurements in the vertical and anteroposterior dimensions were analyzed by cephalometry. Results: The lower lip was repositioned distally with statistical significance. The SN-MP and FH-MP angles were decreased with no sta- tistical significance. The mandibular first and second molar were distalized by 4.28 and 4.16 mm with 4.07°and 6.16 °of distal tip- ping. The mandibular incisors were retracted by 4.54 mm with 8.86°of distal tipping. The vertical changes of mandibular molars and in- cisors were not statistically significant. Conclusion: By microimplant, the lower full dentition can be simultaneously distalized with dis- tally translation of molars and lingual tipping of incisors.
