机用ProTaper file在老年患者根管治疗中的应用研究

摘　　要：把老年患者(60～73岁)需要进行根管治疗的62颗患牙共146个根管随机分为P组(31颗牙,74个根管)和H组(31颗牙,72个根管),P组用ProTaper机用镍钛锉冠根向逐步深入法预备根管,H组用手用不锈钢锉逐步后退法预备根管,根管治疗后1次性根管充填,观察2组在根管预备时间、根扩反应、预备根管后患牙充填效果的差异。术后随访P组根管预备和充填均优于H组(P<0.05);平均用时P组短于H组。146 root canals in 62 teeth for root canal therapy（RCT） in elderly patients（aged 60 -73 years） were randomly divided into P and H groups. ProTaper machine with nickel titanium file was used in P group （31 teeth, 74 root canals）, and stainless steel file in H Group （31 teeth, 72 root canals）. Root canal preparation time, root spread reaction, and canal filling effects were compared between 2 groups. The root canal preparation and filling in group P are better than in group H（P 〈 0.05 ）. The time consumption of RCT in group P was shorter than in group H.
